Previously, we showed you how to import and export contacts from your account. In order to have your CRM completely organized, your contact list needs a refreshed every once in a while. Ideally, you should merge similar contacts and delete contacts that you no longer need.
This article shows you how to delete a contact from your Distributed Source account:
1. Login to your Distributed Source account.
2. Go to the 'Contacts' tab. All the contacts which have been added to your Distributed Source account will be displayed here.
3. In the left panel, click on the contact you wish to delete. You can use the search box to find a specific contact in Distributed Source.
4. You will see a 'Delete' button next to the contact's name. Click on this button to delete the contact.
5. Click on the 'Ok' button to confirm that you really want to delete this contact from your Distributed Source account.
Please note that, once the contact is deleted, all contact information associated with this contact will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered later.
7. The contact will now be successfully deleted and removed from the account. You can go back to the contacts tab and use the search box to check whether the contact is deleted or still exists in your Distributed Source account.
